Getting my ice bath prepared after my 20 mile run today.

TWENTY MILES!!! Did I mention that we had a record high temperature today? Not the smartest thing I have ever done.

u gotta be kiddin' me!!! it was one of the hottest weekends i have ever seen in recent times..i don't know about the smartest bit but it sure needs guts to do a 20 mile in temperatures like these..
